Shipping and Handling

Our delivery charge is only £6.00 (per order) for deliveries in the UK only and this also includes recorded delivery. If delivery outside of the UK is required, please contact us via email at info@tobaccospecialists.co.uk or telephone and we will try our best to accommodate.

With this royal mail offers, proof of delivery and signature from the recipient, and compensation cover of up to £50.00.

However, if you require next-day delivery for your item, and want to have your goods insured, (up to £500), you will be charged an additional £5.50 on top of the £6.00 delivery charge.(Does not include Saturday delivery)

Please note that all parcels insured, or uninsured will only be compensated at the discretion of Royal Mail. No orders can be refunded or re-ordered until the claim has been finalised.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order the same day the order is placed (order must be placed before 12pm), or the next following working day (Mon-Fri). We do not dispatch any orders on weekends, bank holidays, or when post offices are closed.

DUE TO BAD WEATHER (ie snow), WE WILL DISPATCH THE NEXT WORKING DAY!

Special delivery Monday-Friday (not including Saturday delivery) is £11.50

Backorders

If the product you require is not in stock, we will advise you. You will have the option to either cancel your order, change your order or wait for us to contact you again when the original order is back in stock.

Making a purchase.

There is a minimum spend of £5.00 on each order (not including P&P).
